Bubble Republic is a fave local hangout in the heart of SG that was recommended by my neighbor. Everytime I swing by, it's packed w students studying (and super quiet inside), so in a way it kinda feels like a library, but way cooler since they have food and boba available. Noise level is quiet to low-volume chatting. Parking is impossible since there's literally 4 spaces that are always full, and one handicap spot. *Pro tip: Park across the street at the 7-11 corner, it'll save you time!!* Drinks are really good, I love that they have mixed options and their flavors are fun. My favorite is the Matcha Strawberry... sweet, tart, and refreshing. The strawberry complements the bold matcha taste. The Taro Milk Tea is good too. I appreciate that the drinks here are not overly sweet, sweetened just right. If you like sweet drinks you may want to ask for additional sweetness. Definitely worth trying when you're in this area!!
The owner was very nice. I ordered Taiwanese Spaghetti. Awesome! The noodle texture was super good, like Spaghetti noodles, but different in a very good way. The sauce, a little goes a long way. Yummy. Also, an egg on the noodles. Solid peach berry blended slush. Affordable. Thank you.
Came here to catch up with a friend. Not only is their menu more diverse than most boba places, I love that this place is open late at night. As an adult who doesn't drink alcohol, it's awesome to find places, outside of bars, where you can hang out with folks in the evening! I got the mango sago drink, mainly out of curiosity because I haven't seen that on a boba menu before. It really did taste like the mango sago dessert, albeit a bit more milky than I was expecting. Although I don't think I'd order it again over a tea beverage, it was yummy! My friend got a matcha and enjoyed their drink as well. There's plenty of seating, both outdoor and inside, and looked to be some outlets for those who need to get some work/studying done as well. Although we were there at night, the place was pretty quiet, so good for those who want to focus. Will definitely return!
Stopped by here to grab an Almond Milk tea. I had to wait a bit for my drink, but while I was standing around, I noticed that most people were studying or working there. Wifi should be good here if you need to work! The almond flavor and tea was great, and the food from other tables looked delicious. Next time I'll try their popcorn chicken!

Bubble Republic is my go-to study spot. If you are there to study, there are plenty of wall outlets on each table along with a QR code to order food online via Toast delivered straight to your table. For those with a Mastercard and dining in, there's a promotion on Toast to get $10 Toast credit on $10+ orders.
The bubble tea was good! I ordered the ice cream black tea. It was sweet, definitely a treat, but not sickly sweet. The store was very cute, with tons of seating and cat decor! Unfortunately, staff were not the best and did not speak to us at all. Our drinks were out quickly, at least!
I love coming to Bubble Republic to study/do work. It's a really great spot with lots of tables. Perfect for groups ranging from 2-6! There's plenty of outlets too if you plan to stay awhile. Whenever I come by, I plan to stay for a couple hours so I usually get their combo meal of popcorn chicken, rice, and eggs. The meal comes with a drink for an additional ~$1.80, which I think is worth it. There's QR codes on the table for you to order from or you could go up to the front kisok. The food is simple but delicious! The portion of the popcorn chicken bowl is good for the price. Staff have always been super nice and helpful!
